Shipping Information
We typically ship orders within 3 business days. To avoid items sitting in a carrier warehouse over the weekend, we do not ship on Thursday through Sunday. We will only ship on Thursday if the carrier can assure delivery will be that Saturday. Although some shipping delays are out of our control we do offer the fastest shipping to make sure all orders are received in a timely manner.
Returns & Customer Satisfaction
If you're not happy with your Nfusd Treats order, please reach out to us so we may correct the issue. To ensure you're ordering the right treats for you, please contact us with any questions before placing your order.
If customer experience any issues with order we recommend please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving order. (Refunds may or may not be approved).
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the order, as each order is unique and shipping may change depending on the size and weight of the package. We offer free shipping on all orders over $50.00.
Safe Delivery
Each order will arrive to the customer within a timely manner. Depending on the temperature, freeze packs will be provided to avoid melting of any items.
